Objective: To implement an always-on content solution for Dubai’s tourism hub, Visit Dubai, that addressed the varying stages of awareness, consideration and conversion among key visitation markets.

Solution: Working on behalf of Sapient-Razorfish as Global Editor of Visit Dubai, I provided in-house content support to the internal content team, creating and commissioning content for the main online portal, as well as 19 microsites that allowed for customised content that best targeted varying audiences. A process was also established internally to allow for better flow of communication between many internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing needs were properly addressed through content.
